Accepting lockdown is not easy. But we have to, like everyone else I have accepted it too. 

Everyone has to face different problem among which financial and mental problem is the one leading. 

We can deal with the financial problem one way or other by sacrificing things in life n giving away our comfort. What is difficult and uncontrollable is a mental problem. Anxiety, depression, mood swings, OCD and many more are the part of every house almost every house.

In this lockdown, I find a solution, solution of not ending but of minimizing n controlling some of these mental issues. 
Though lockdown is difficult situation n difficult enough to fire up these problems, the more difficult it will be, the easier it will become for us to find a solution. 


I just wanna tell to everyone out there suffering from any of the problem related to mental issues, none but just us, honestly none but only we are the one who can mend it better. I m not denying for the help, talk to your family, friends, relatives, teachers, and try to gain all possible help. 

But with some meditation and yoga, we are the most powerful to heal everything mentally as well as physically. 

Hence yoga and meditation should be the priority for everyone, it should be your daily habit just like brushing teeth every day is a must. And just for the fact, 5.2 million people die of the lack of exercise every year. Peace out.
