While half of the nation was busy cribbing about the lockdown & quarantine,
I was actually enjoying it.
Everybody was enjoying till the first month,
posting pictures of ' family time', 'workout', and cooking stories.
But almost everyone could not continue this for after a month.
But I am still consistent with what I love doing the most, even after 4 months of lockdown.
Amidst the chaos of college & the busy schedule we set up, I hardly got my "ME TIME".
ME Time for me is absolutely cooking!
Cooking for myself & My family.
For some, it is a necessity but for me, it is a "Therapy"- A stress buster.
You have some bad thoughts!!?
you run to the kitchen, plan something & get started till you finally plate the dishes you have thought to make.
That's how it works.
All those negative thoughts just disappear in a jiffy.
So, I believe everyone should indulge in that one activity you love, that distracts you from all the tension and makes your mind forget all about the evil thoughts.
Sometimes, your hunger actually dies in the process of cooking, and your mind and your stomach are just satisfied by seeing others appreciating, how good the food tastes.
I think to me nothing matters beyond that.
The smile of satiety from your loved ones is the solution to your hunger.
I am so obliged for this lockdown to happen as it actually made me start a food page.
which gives a brilliant platform, to a home chef like me to exhibit my talent.
Just so glad to meet my "ME TIME AFTER A LONG TIME "
