Another usual day of lockdown I was sitting on the couch and scrolling Instagram and a post came conveying Sushant Singh Rajput have committed suicide due to depression and till today countless posts are being viral and now people are being aware of mental health. But the actuality is that many people have committed suicide in this lockdown and countless people are victims of mental disruption on a daily basis.

A year back I was posted in hospital for mental health, Vadodara for clinical practice. At that time we discussed with many people who were suffering from schizophrenia, bipolar mood disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and what not !! Knowing about their history and expressing the only thing was running in my head was how bad a mental disturbance can lead to fatal disorders.

In the era of fast and  high-tech  lifestyle,
The generation is getting so cruel and inhuman because No one cares about each other and mental peace has become just a term for them.

In India, 197·3 million (95% UI 178·4–216·4) people had mental disorders, including idiopathic developmental intellectual disability, conduct disorder, autism spectrum disorders, eating disorders, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and etc.

Why no one talks about it, nowadays during lockdown so many people suffered from psychotic disorders (depression, anxiety, panic attacks and etc  ) due to their own inner lying difficulties, many of them attempted to suicide and some of them expired too. And The problem is we are taking these things for granted.

And now this is the time we should talk. Talk with our loved ones about their difficulties, we should know about their mental status because no one is as happy as they usually express and the solution is communication because communication is the only way to find out problems and their respective solutions. This will never happen if we will just post a story and notifying your social friends. we need to talk and communicate with them about their problems.
Identify the vulnerable group or an individual around you who needs a person to share their thoughts with.

Don't limit yourself,
Don't be judgemental, be supportive.
Don't be rough, be soft-hearted.
Don't panic, stay calm.
Share each and everything.
Open up about the things which haunt you.

Be Smart,  Be Brave, Be a good listener, Be you.
