Three days back, we all came across such a piece of terrifying news about the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, that we still are overwhelmed with the whole scenario. But are we still aware of what needs to correct in our lives? Are we aware, how to tackle depression, anxiety, panic attacks? Have we ever made a voluntary choice to track our red signals?! 

All the questions remain mysterious and ignored. Opening up to anyone seems like a whole lot of talking to do, a whole lot of understanding to be done when you are already worried about the fact that are you even saying it to the right person. This happens. To everyone. And it's ok to happen. Not all humans are made with the same complex functioning emotional layers. You become more anxious thinking about what is the other person going to think and reply; because let's be honest dude - We are no therapist! We only talk good if we feel good, and we are always so much indulged in ourselves that we barely give an ear to others speaking.

Instead - make your existence valuable. Get yourself a pet if you feel you are alone and without a friend. One of the reasons for these therapeutic effects is that pets fulfil the basic human need for touch. Pets, especially dogs and cats can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, ease loneliness, encourage exercise and playfulness, and even improve your cardiovascular health.
Instead- try to evolve your mind. Counterfeit your one negative thought with one outcome of it and one positive illusion that can happen instead, and you can see that little by little you get distracted easily from the negation going on.

Instead- stay away from places portraying red signals in the first place! They tend to forcibly make up space in your mind when they are received by our senses. Stay away from triggered and violent content on the social platform if you are already in the grasp of that. It will ease your impatience and fidgeting disturbance.
Instead- spend time to worship your own body! Drink at least 2.5 litres of fluid daily to get those neurons sharp as sparks! If you feel discomfort or depression of any kind, notice, and track your eating amounts and frequency as they fluctuate highly when a person suffers anxiety or impatience. Please seek family, friends, or any medical assistance required.

Instead- identify, acknowledge, and treat your self before you start falling into a deeper well of negative thoughts. Just recognizing the right symptoms and investing time to cure it can transfer your thoughts into your goodwill. If you can identify when you are having a panic attack, you can immediately know that you can overcome it by taking deep breaths, picturing happy landscapes, and using relaxation techniques.

Guys, I haven't still opened up to my family or friends that I suffered a lot more than just a setback of dreams. I suffered as well and was pretty good at hiding all of this away, but at the same time, I realized I need to treat myself right and search my ways to get out of this grasping clutch of depression. And I also realised that if I had sought help from people, I might have had a better chance at myself. 
But I am doing it at my own pace, bit by bit. And I want you to do the same.
