Everybody remembers people when they are gone. So let’s take out time to check out on our loved ones. If they are ok...if they need to talk... they need to be heard ...or just maybe virtually hugged! You may think a person is beyond strong but inside what’s going on is a mystery.
And if you have no one to talk to, help out a stranger, an elder, a child, anyone. And this may not necessarily be a monetary help. As simple as giving a glass of cold water in the scorching heat, a hug, a smile, and then you, my friend will feel better.
Remember no matter how distressed we are there’s always, always someone sadder, more depressed, more helpless than you. 2020 is brutal and taken so much already. So lets at least ensure we are in this TOGETHER.
