 The shock we all seemed to have received over the news of a wonderful actor committing suicide has led us to all take a pause and take the issue of mental health more seriously.
Scrolling down my Instagram feed I came across a number of articles and messages making me realize how the current events have finally led us to discuss a very important issue that we know so little of - Mental Health.
Going to a psychologist to people here seems like a very lowly task and because we feel that only those who are suffering from mental health issues need to be shown to one. This very notion has made the discussion of mental health a mere taboo. Nobody is ready to realize that a psychologist just does not help those who have mental health issues but also helps in curing many other psychological issues.
Our brain, however wonderful, is also a place where we create such dangerous lines that if jumbled with, can be hazardous to us. 
One can never know what the other is going through and how your one word can affect them in ways you would never imagine. Anyone can go through depression or any other mental issue and sometimes they are so scared to talk about it that you'd never know how far deep they are in it. It is that one flicker of a moment that changes a life long system of beliefs. 
Today using this platform all I wish for everyone of you is to talk to those you trust and also to listen, because you being there would mean so very much to someone. Remember, the feeling of regret can be very devastating and one doesn't feel that until they don't try. Don't forget what beautiful things life has to offer and think twice before taking such a drastic step. Never forget that you can reach out to your family and friends who love you dearly.
Remember, "Be there for yourself and for others too. "
